Captured Moments' goal for each photo session is to provide our clients with a stress-free experience. We understand the importance of each session and want to offer each family a wonderful experience ending with timeless portraits they will cherish for years to come. Offering in-person consultations is one way we achieve this goal. At the complimentary consultation, we will introduce ourselves and our studio to you, discuss clothing options and backgrounds, and explain our products and pricing in detail. We can plan your session at that time and alleviate the stress that photo sessions can sometime bring. We are looking forward to working with your family!

The viewing appointment starts with a video slideshow of all the images taken at the photo session. We are SO excited for our clients to see their images!! We use a wonderful program that allows us to present the images to our clients and assist in narrowing down the selections to their top favorites. Our goal with each session is for our clients to go home with portraits they are proud to hang and enjoy. We are a print studio and offer print sizes and products that will meet the needs of each individual person. Our orders are placed a'la carte which allows our clients to choose the best image sizes and products for their home and spaces. 

Once the orders have been placed it takes approximately 6 weeks for images to arrive in the studio for pickup. Half of the order's balance is due at the time of ordering and the remaining balance at pickup.
